Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to external factors.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen events. However, we will do our best to assist you if there are any issues.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
A. Best Supplements is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address input at checkout. Once your package is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to open a claim or request further investigation.

International Orders

For international customers: We currently offer limited international shipping. We shipped via FedEx International. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional fees, including customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected expenses.
